Chocolate Lasagna (No-Bake Dessert) Recipe

Ingredients

Crust: – 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies), crushed – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Layers: Cream cheese layer: – 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons cold milk – 1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip) Pudding layer: – 2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix – 3¼ cups cold milk Topping: – 1½ cups whipped topping – ½ cup mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate

Instructions

Make the crust: Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Prepare the cream cheese layer: Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

Add pudding layer: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth it out.

Top and chill: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate for garnish.

Chill and serve: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set. Slice and serve cold for a creamy, chocolatey treat!
