Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – ½ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup brown sugar – 1 tbsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – ½ cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup milk – 2 large eggs – 2 tsp vanilla extract – 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, both sugars, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined—don’t overmix.

Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
