Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

– 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained – 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped – 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened – ¼ cup sour cream – ¼ cup mayonnaise – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 cloves garlic, minced – Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add flavor: Mix in spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Serve hot: Let it cool slightly, then serve with tortilla chips, bread, or veggie sticks.
